Pulse Tech Solutions and JG Marketing Services Announce Local Tie-Up

Pulse Tech Solutions Pty Ltd has teamed up with marketing communications specialist, JG Marketing Services, to offer Australian companies custom software solutions for business automation, ecommerce for online sales and mobile apps for both B2C and B2B.

Leveraging the 200 strong team of engineers at Pulse, JG Marketing is able to build on the copywriting, PR and communications expertise honed in nearly 40 years of marketing services experience of its Director, Joaquin Garcia. In that time, JG Marketing has provided marcomms services to SMEs and larger companies throughout Australia including the likes of Westinghouse Electric Australasia and Rolls Royce Paklog.

Pulse Tech Solutions CEO, Ketan Gohil, commented that coincidentally, both companies started offering custom software solutions in the same year, 1997.

Explaining the need for custom software, Garcia notes, “An off-the-shelf software by itself cannot achieve business automation. Efficiencies realized are in direct proportion to how well the organization adapts automation and digitization, Pulse offers services to extend existing investment into ERP, CRM and Bookkeeping software. We work smart, by keeping existing systems and extending them to smart devices and the cloud, to achieve maximum efficiency.”

He adds, “A great tool for optimization in business processes are smart devices. Often, we create apps for the factory floor that bring out data hidden deep inside the ERP, saving several trips to the bookkeeping office for factory floor engineers. We create automation in reports where top managers get all the data they need for the day, first thing in the morning in their email, without having to go through several steps on the ERP.”

“Our unique offering covers a range of services, including: improvement of information dissemination, business automation, warehouse management, order processing, bill of material tools, and more,” explains Gohil.

“We also develop apps for Android, iPhone that can reside on handhelds used by factory staff, kiosks installed in a mall or tablets used by on field staff, we use cloud technologies like Amazon web services and Microsoft Azure to ensure our solutions are easy to deploy, scalable and cost effective to maintain long term,” he concludes.
